The Planning and Zoning Department employs a full-time Community Development Director and a full-time Zoning Inspector. The office is located at 7780 State Route 48, Maineville, Ohio, 45039. Gary T Boeres, Community Development Director. Mr. Boeres has been employed with the township since 1997. He has a Master's Degree in Community Planning and an Undergraduate Degree in Political Science, both from the University of Cincinnati. He is the Department Head for Planning and Zoning in Hamilton Township, serving the Hamilton Township Board of Trustees, Hamilton Township Zoning Commission and the Hamilton Township Board of Zoning Appeals. He is also responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Planning and Zoning Department. Mr. Boeres' office is located in the Township Administration Building. The Planning and Zoning Department would like to thank Rande Rigby for four years of dedicated service to the community. Rande's professionalism and experience will be missed.
