Gary T Boeres,
Assistant Township Administrator/Community Development Director
Mr. Boeres has been employed with the township since 1997. He has a Master's Degree in Community Planning and an Undergraduate Degree in Political Science, both from the University of Cincinnati.
He is the Department Head for Planning and Zoning in Hamilton Township, serving the Hamilton Township Board of Trustees, Hamilton Township Zoning Commission and the Hamilton Township Board of Zoning Appeals. He is also responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Planning and Zoning Department. Mr. Boeres' office is located in the Township Administration Building.

Michelle Tegtmeier
The Hamilton Township Zoning Inspector
Michelle Tegtmeier began employment with the Township in February 2008. In June 2008, she was promoted to the position of Zoning Inspector. Ms. Tegtmeier has an extensive background in the field.
She has worked with residents, agents, appraisers and builders for over ten years. She looks forward to becoming an invaluable member of the Hamilton Township staff by serving the community and continuing her education.
