Fishing with the 5-0
Join us for this day full of fun for all ages at Mounts Park! This event is rain or shine so dress for the weather. We’re teaming up with HTPD and ODNR for our annual rainbow trout release! Bring your fishing rod to perfect your fishing skills with our police and ODNR officers. Loaner rods are available for those that are new to fishing. ODNR will be on-site with their archery trailer and tons other cool wildlife displays. FREE solo and tandem kayaks available to cast your rods in deeper waters or just to try out paddling with your family! Don’t fish? Join us for family friendly games or join us to enjoy the beauty of Mounts Park. Free raffle prizes for the kids, and FREE lunch. This event is brought to you in partnership with the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife and Dingell-Johnson Sport Fish Restoration Funds.

Let's celebrate the last day of school with ice cream! The first 100 kids get a free scoop. We want to hear all about your summer plans!

Touch-a-Truck
Touch-A-Truck is fun for the whole family! This event lets you have an up-close look, learn, and interact with tons of vehicles and equipment including police, fire, dump trucks, farm equipment, semis, and so much more! Fun for all ages with a helicopter landing, loads of exhibits, giveaways, and demonstrations with HTPD K9 Kahn, HTFR jaws of life and the Public Works Department! Balloon art, face painting, food trucks, and activities. So much to see...and honk!
HTPD Junior Police Academy
The 2026 Junior Police Academy will be held June 16th - June 20th from 8am until 12am each day. There is no fee to attend the program, but priority will be given to Hamilton Township residents. The program is best suited for children between 5th and 7th grade for the upcoming school year.
Freedom Parade, Festival & Fireworks
We're celebrating America's 250th Anniversary with a bang! Hamilton Township and The Village of Maineville are excited to join forces for the Freedom Parade, Festival and Fireworks! Grab your family and line the parade route to take in this patriotic event full of fun. The parade will be followed by LIVE MUSIC with the Bluewater Kings Band, inflatables, a cool down zone with water slides, carnival games, food trucks, beer booth, vendors and more all happening at Testerman Park. Face painting and balloon art by Gia's Balloon Buddies. Rozzi Famous Fireworks finale! You won't want to miss it! Parade begins promptly at 5pm, so plan to be in place by 4:30pm due to road closures.
Bring your own bag chair. Parking available at Maineville Baptist and United Methodist Churches, Hopkins Commons, downtown Maineville, EVO Fit, and WEST ENTRANCE ONLY of Testerman Park. There is NO PARKING at the main entrance of Testerman Park. Accessible parking is available at the West entrance of Testerman with shuttle available.
National Night Out
Join us for a family night out to meet our police department, fire department, supporting agencies, and community partners. Inflatable obstacle course, bounce houses, foam pit, games, DJ, balloon art, and food trucks. Raffles and giveaways, police and fire demonstrations, and a fireworks display to end the night!

Station 76 Open House
Hamilton Township Fire Rescue opens its doors to give you an up-close lookat our apparatus and all that we have to offer our residents. Get familiar with the services we offer and take a sneak peek at our living quarters, common areas and bays to see what a day in the life is like. Demonstrations, meet the Chiefs, activities for the kids, FREE lunch, and more!
Trunk-or-Treat & Pet Masquerade
Dress the whole family including man's best friend for some fall fun! Kids can trunk hop for treats while pups enjoy a pup cup. Hay rides, Performance Dog Shows, games, concession stand treats, tunes by DJ Zombie Ziemba and a fall photo backdrop to snap a family picture. Costume march for kids and pets begins at 2pm.
