Touch-A-Truck is fun for the whole family! This event lets you have an up-close look, learn, and interact with tons of vehicles and equipment including police, fire, dump trucks, farm equipment, semis, and so much more! Fun for all ages with a helicopter landing, loads of exhibits, giveaways, and demonstrations with HTPD K9 Kahn, HTFR jaws of life and the Public Works Department! Balloon art, face painting, food trucks, and activities. So much to see...and honk!

The 2026 Junior Police Academy will be held June 16th - June 20th from 8am until 12am each day.  There is no fee to attend the program, but priority will be given to Hamilton Township residents. The program is best suited for children between 5th and 7th grade for the upcoming school year.

We're celebrating America's 250th Anniversary with a bang! Hamilton Township and The Village of Maineville are excited to join forces for the Freedom Festival, Parade and Fireworks! Grab your family and line the parade route to take in this patriotic event full of fun. The parade will be followed by LIVE MUSIC with the Bluewater Kings Band, inflatables, a cool down zone with water slides, carnival games, food trucks, beer booth, vendors and more all happening at Testerman Park. Face painting and balloon art by Gia's Balloon Buddies. and Rozzi Famous Fireworks finale! You won't want to miss it! Parade begins promptly at 5pm, so plan to be in place by 4:30pm due to road closures. Bring your own bag chair. Parking available at Maineville Baptist and United Methodist Churches, Hopkins Commons, downtown Maineville, EVO Fit, and WEST ENTRANCE ONLY of Testerman Park. There is NO PARKING at the main entrance of Testerman Park. Accessible parking is available at the West entrance of Testerman with shuttle available.

Join us for a family night out to meet our police department, fire department, supporting agencies, and community partners. Inflatable obstacle course, bounce houses, foam pit, games, DJ, balloon art, and food trucks. Raffles and giveaways, police and fire demonstrations, and a fireworks display to end the night!

Get familiar with the services we offer and take a sneak peek at our living quarters, common areas and bays to see what a day in the life is like. Demonstrations, meet the Chiefs, activities for the kids, FREE lunch, and more!

Dress the whole family including man's best friend for some fall fun! Kids can trunk hop for treats while pups enjoy a pup cup. Hay rides, Performance Dog Shows, games, concession stand treats, tunes by DJ Zombie Ziemba and a fall photo backdrop to snap a family picture. Costume march for kids and pets begins at 2pm. Township Wide, Rain or Shine

Join Hamilton Township and the Village of Maineville for our 9th Annual Tree Lighting Celebration! Enjoy pictures with Santa, holiday performances by local students, Santa’s Goody Bag Band, Travelin' Toms Coffee and Hot Chocolate Truck, Krimmer's Pizza, games, free cookies, s’mores, popcorn, and games. We end the night with the lighting of the tree and a drone show finale! Parking is only available at the old Hamilton-Maineville Elementary with a FREE continuous loop shuttle. Thanks to Cozaddale General Store for providing Santa, Bricker Graydon for providing the energetic entertainment of Santa's Goody Bag Band, Little Miami Schools for providing shuttle service, and Kroger and Woodside Land Clearing for providing the s'mores fire pits and of course, Rozzi Famous Fireworks for the drone show finale!

Wreaths Across America Day is held annually at cemeteries across the nation. We are working with the Civil Air Patrol to secure wreaths to honor veterans this upcoming holiday season. We lay a wreath on each veteran’s grave in each of our 3 Township Cemeteries on Wreaths Across America Day. The mission is to Remember the Fallen, Honor those who Serve, and Teach our children the value of Freedom. Please join us for the ceremony to honor them with a ceremonial wreath laid for each branch of service, 21-gun salute, performances by a local youth, and placing wreaths on every veteran’s grave in Hamilton Township.
