A new Valvoline location is planned for 96 E. Towne Center Boulevard, conveniently situated between McDonald's and Carriage Car Wash, just off State Route 48. The new facility will provide residents with a convenient option for routine vehicle maintenance within one of the township's growing commercial areas.

A new Fifth Third Bank branch is coming to 84 E. Towne Center Boulevard, conveniently located between McDonald's and the Kroger Fuel Center, just off State Route 48. The new location will provide residents and businesses with convenient access to banking services in one of the area's growing commercial corridors.

Aldi

A new Aldi is on the way to the corner of Grandin Drive and State Route 48 in Hamilton Township, OH 45039—and with it comes the brand’s signature commitment to high-quality basics at unbeatable prices. Aldi has already established itself in Ohio with over 157 stores statewide, and this addition further expands its local footprint. Known for its efficient store format—everything from milk and bread to pantry staples is often displayed in original shipping boxes—the chain helps keep costs low and savings high. The Hamilton Township location is expected to mirror the roughly 25,000-square-foot builds seen elsewhere in the Cincinnati area, complete with streamlined layouts, specialty monthly items, and a treasure-trove-style shopping experience. While the exact opening date hasn’t been announced, construction is anticipated to begin soon, bringing Aldi’s affordable, no-frills shopping option straight to your neighborhood.

Township Center 

This plaza will include a sit-down restaurant with an outdoor eating option. The other target businesses for this plaza include a chiropractic office, salon, and drive-thru restaurant.
